Welcome to the home of the Southeast Strongbows.

The Southeast Strongbows have finally returned from a hiatus and are looking forward to playing their first tournament of the year in Cork on the 5th of March.

We are looking to build upon our current squad. We are training new people everyweek and are working towards a tournament in Cork on the 5th of March. If you are interested at all get in contact and we can tell you more about the game. Training takes place in the People's Park, Waterford City every Sunday at 1pm.

The Southeast Strongbows are the first American Flag Football team situated in Southeast of Ireland. On this site you will hopefully find all the information you need to know about the Southeast Strongbows.

New flags arrive...

New set of flags arrived today! Could anyone who hasn't already please bring €7 to training to cover the costs. More news on the tournament will be given at this weeks training session too. New faces are welcome as always. Looking like 7 teams attending the tournament in Cork so it will be well worth the trip.

The team are ready to play in style as the new jerseys arrive looking better than could have been imagined thanks to our friends at Suir Dzign in Waterford City. The team will be wearing royal blue and black jerseys with a personalised logo created by Suir Dzign.
